100% hydration starter
Fed with 50% Central Milling Artisan Bakers Craft Plus AP flour and 50% King Arthur White whole wheat.
Fed about once every 12 hours on a 1:5:5 ratio in the winter and a 1:10:10 ratio in the summer.
Mixed by hand in a new container each time it’s refreshed.
