I was growing grains as a cover crop and decided to give it a try

It makes wonderfull bread. I am currently baking a bread that is 60% Red Fife and 40% Spanish Spelt. I grow , harvest , clean and grind the grains.

Took a piece added more water and flour
Took another piece and added more water then I made bread with it
