I read an article about sourdough on Google and got curious about it. Then I did my sourdough following Neide Rigo’s instructions, and after I took an on-line course with Anna Riccio.
Caractéristiques
My sourdough has a good smell and taste . It is a sourdough with brazilian flours . My intention here is only to register it.

- 50% Wholemeal flour

I take my sourdough out of the fridge and wait one hour to feed it.

My sourdough is 1-1-1 and I use white Flour, wholemeal Flour and filtered public water.
50% White flour
50% Wholemeal flour
100% Water

Rustic bread
80% white flour
20% wholemeal flour
