I grew up in San Francisco eating wonderful sourdough bread. My family moved to a Brisbane suburb in Australia where authentic sourdough was hard to find. I continued my sourdough journey when we moved to Singapore.
Characteristics
It's a 100% hydration plain flour starter. It's has a nice sour aroma, very active from regular use.
