Starting ingredients

  • 25% Surfina
  • 20% Semola
  • 5% Marino 00
  • 50% Water

Feeding ingredients

  • 25% Surfina bread flour
  • 50% Water
  • 25% Rye flour

Remove half of the starter to make bread sticks or flatbread and double the volume again with new ingrediënts.
