RAMDO sour dough-is combination of flavor from belguim and philippines,when i was in hongkong for training,Mr.Waldo our trainor share part of his sour dough from Belguim. and we baked at same week it was very nice flavor and taxture of the bread using 20%. after the training i travel back to manila- manila to cebu with my RAMDO. why RAMDO?
