I got the starter from a lady living in the province of Bergamo. She gave it to me after a small basic course. I loved baking, especially when I recognized, that there are much more bread types then the ones you can find in our shops
Характеристики
I feed it with White flour (Farina 0 in Italy) and water. She is quite good for bread loaves, sweet breads and pizza.
