Discard or use part of sourdough and feed with equal amounts of wholewheat/rye flour and filtered water.

Its a sourdough made from Yogurth and milk.
Add 1 part of natural yoghurt, 1 part of milk and 2 parts of organic wholewheat flour in small covered container, mix together and let in a dark place at room temperature for two days.

At third day remove half of mix and replace with new wholewheat flour and filtered water. Reserve in room temperature.
At 7 day it will be ready to use
