In an effort to live a healthy lifestyle, I started making bread years ago. Recently, I have been moving to a properly prepared, nutrient dense diet which lead me to sourdough. 2017 is the year of the sourdough for me!

My sourdough rests in the refrigerator and I feed it about once a week. I usually feed it white whole wheat flour but sometimes use spelt.
