- 50% Água

Agregar harina orgánica y agua en partes iguales
2tbsp Harina organica
50% Água

Mezclar 2 cucharadas de harina integral de trigo orgánico , más dos cucharadas de harina de centeno integral orgánico y 8 cucharadas de agua.
Mezclar hasta integrar, dejar fermentando a temperatura ambiente por 24 horas.
40% Harinas
60% Água
