I was 1st attracted by its look. than I search it online and learnt from a British baker here but the bread that I bake never taste as good as others, I have threw away more than 100kg of dough and breads than finally I join Perfect Sourdough on fb and signed up Teresa's online course and baked my 2st decent loaf!! since than I always addicted to baking breads and I even sell my breads now.

20g and 60% wayer than keep it in the fridge. when i need to baje and i will feed100% water to bring it to the working mode!!
