Gluteny on the Bounty
自2017以来
My aunt gave me a starter a couple years ago (unfortunately, I forgot about it and it turned evil). I re-made a new starter from King Arthur all-purpose flour, water, and baker's yeast. The bread I can make tastes way better than sourdough from the grocery store.
特性
Gluteny tends to be active right after taking out of the fridge, but you need to feed and use it within a couple hours.
