I wanted to make sourdough bread and sourdough panettone. I have also developed IBS and I have found extensive information that the bacteria contained in sourdough aid digestion.

Doughlores is young but she has a bubbly personality. She was made with white strong flour, the feedings are done with Italian 00 flour. She has a white/ivory colour and she has a mildly acidic and sweet scent. She grows at the right speed and makes great sourdough bread. She will soon be used for panettone.
