Loves to be feed with rye only. Smells of fruity alcohol when ripe.

Recipe

Starting ingredients

  • 20g Water
  • 20g Rye

Feeding ingredients

  • 100% Rye
  • 100% Water

Discard 2/3 of the sourdough and I feed 1/3 medium rye flour and 1/3 water
