Mix wheat flour and water with the sourdough. Wait 6 hours.

Mix the same quantity of wheat flour and water with the sourdoug.

Working method

Mix water and wheat flour together in a jar. Let it rest for a day at room temperature.

Add the same quantity of wheat flour and water. Mix it together. Let it rest for another day.

Again add the same quantity of wheat flour and water and mix it all together. Let it rest for a day at room temperature.

Remove half of the substance. Again add to the other half the same quantity of wheat flour and water.

Repeat step four for another three or four days. If the substance doubles in volume after 6 hours, the sourdough is ready to use.
