I belong to a food blog and an American lady posted that she had just tried to make some sourdough. It was only becoming popular in certain areas of the UK and I was unable to buy it where I lived. I loved the idea of seeing something grow from only 3 INGREDIENTS so I decided to give it a go. It's become a bit of an obsession now!

- 25g Original starter
- 100g Water
- 100g Wholemeal Wheat Flour

Working method
1
I keep my starter in the fridge and day before baking remove and create a levain for my bake. I then feed the starter with the ratios below. Then back into the fridge until next bake.
