When the cardiologist prohibited my husband from eating bread and I saw the disappointment in his eyes. I thought how could a staple, generations old food suddenly be harmful. Must be because of the way it is produced nowadays. So I set off researching and building my sourdough
Characteristics
It's greyish beige, not really looking like the colours on your palette. The wholewheat makes it brownish and rye makes it greyish.

I hope to keep on doing sourdough bread , improving as I go along but most of all I wish to get my grandson interested in bread making so I can pass on malu to him. My compliments and best wishes for Puratos to get bigger and stronger. It is the only healthy way forward for future generations.
