It's greyish beige, not really looking like the colours on your palette. The wholewheat makes it brownish and rye makes it greyish.

I hope to keep on doing sourdough bread , improving as I go along but most of all I wish to get my grandson interested in bread making so I can pass on malu to him. My compliments and best wishes for Puratos to get bigger and stronger. It is the only healthy way forward for future generations.
