I've been wanting to make a starter for years, but finally had the time to be able to schedule regular feedings

Characteristics

Very active, moderately sour. It took 3 weeks to really get going, but now she's unstoppable.

Starting ingredients

  • 20g Ap flour
  • 20g Wheat flour
  • 42g Water

Feeding ingredients

Remove from Refrigerator. Measure out 20 - 60 g depending on what I'm planning on baking. Add equal amounts AP flour and water. mix well, label, cover. Feel every 10 hours 3 times before baking
