Playing bread magician while offering great tasting bread to my family.
특징
Rich bread-alcoholic pallet with mild acid flavor. Notes of (burned) crust from the intens bake on the stone plate. My kids love this bread. The sourdough has been traveling in different continents with me and showed to be very resilient and patient with me.
