I had a of time on my hands because of the circuit breaker and I love projects. All the photos on IG looked amazing so I decided to try my hand at it. I’m still new at this but I can’t wait to gain more experience over the years.

Leave 50g starter and add in 100g flour mix and 100 water. In the evening, add in 1.5tbsp water and 2tbsp flour mix
