I use whole wheat flour and room temperature water and the starter then mix all of them together
작업방식

today I going to feed Angela at 8am 1:1:1 and then at 3pm I'm going to feed it again with same route and at 10pm I'm going to feed 1:4:4. the next I will feed it at 8pm 1:2:2 and then at 3pm 1:2:2 and at 10pm 1:5:5 the next day I will prepare my levain. I use a whole wheat for my starter and APF for my levain.
