Louiser is a 5 year old sourdough. rich in wild yeast from Israel. it's unique location in the middle east makes her special. the environment is also unique i believe. since Israel is small but possessing an environment influenced by the dessert, mountains, forests, lakes, rivers, sea from the west and another from the south and another from the east.
