I love it. I was very curious and attracted and I love it.
Caratteristiche
It smells fruity and quite sweet. It's also tangy. When I don't feed it enough it gets angry and comes up with alcoholic smell hahaha. I have plenty starters but this one is the oldest. He is 8 months old and I am 20.

I don't measure any of my ingredients. I feel like the best way to understand is to feel not to measure. I feed my starter everyday and I know it's ready to rest again because of the texture.

My sourdough is made out of whole wheat flour, some buckwheat flour, some rice flour and some spelt flour.
