Feeding is anywhere from twice a day to once every 2-3 weeks. Depends on frequency of baking bread.

Take a portion of starter and feed with water, then flour. Water is from city tap. Flour is a mix of 10% fresh milled rye and 90% organic Central Milling ABC+.
