Covid-19 slowed my some free time to start my baking journey! We take our finished loaves and share them with people on the front lines helping to fight the Pandemic- police officers, doctors, grocery stockers, and of course family & friends.

The saltiness hits you pallet right as you start to chew. The bubbles are plentiful. You could use it as a sling shot if you needed, as the gluten has a beautiful spring property.
