Being A Jain I was looking for a non yeasted eggfree bread recipe for my mother..while hopping on the blogs one of the word called "wild yeast"I came across in mid of 2016..and reading more and more about it made me jump into it.i started to make my starter with whole-wheat and it's success made me to experiment more and more still learning dreaming to visit the quest if sourdough aDay

  • 50% Organic maida
  • 100% Water
  • 50% Whole wheat flour

  • 50% Maida
  • 100% Water
  • 50% Wholewheatwholewheat flour

I do discard 80% of the starter at every 8th day.and I do feed new flour and local water at 100% hydration

If I am making bread than I do allow it for about to double.else I do shift it to my fridge
