Since 2014

I need something all by myself and pass it on to my kids as heirloom :)

Characteristics

Very very sweet in smell and it would triple and sometime 4 time in size after a few hour, the end product by using my starter is so tangy and there was a time I bake a loaf to office and the smell attracted some other colleague whom I don't know to the pantry and I offer him a piece and he said it's batter than the one he bought from his hometown in Germany! I'm totally flattered

I collected some coffee berries Bd flower from my mother in law backyard as she used to sell them to fed the family, but she is 76 years old and most of the coffee plant are dead, I wanted to keep her spirit as strong as my starter, hence I started my starter with bean and berries, it's 3 years old now.. Rp is sweet and good boy as he always serve me right even I only fed it once a month.
