Characteristics

She's a very active old girl first created a bit more than a year ago. She's gone through several changes over the year + and has gotten very strong, now rising X5 from feeding (currently being fed at a 2:50:50 ratio) . I feed her a diet of high protein (14.5%) Bread flour at present. twice aday when I'm actively baking and 2:75:50H20 when I'm storing her in the fridge.
