Starting ingredients

  • 100g Grapes
  • 400g Water

Feeding ingredients

  • 25% Rye
  • 25% Wholewwholewheat
  • 50% Grape water

Working method

Grapes fermented in water and once the water was nice an bubbly, around 3 days, the fruit removed and water used to begin a sourdough starter.
