Add 50g of flour and 50 g of water
Sometimes this varies a little where I won’t remove any starter if I am trying to make more

I started it with Castle Valley Mill Whole Wheat bolted flour 100g

Wait 24 hours and follow normal process for 3 days
Result
Sourdough 100% whole wheat bread
