Butterfly Pea Tea Sourdough
Since 2014
My family had done it for years so it wasn't a stretch to do it on my own and create a new starter.
Characteristics
It's hearty and strong. The tea, while adding health benefits, does not change the flavor of the sourdough. However, it does give it a nice light shade of blue color to the bread.

Result
I've made bagels, pizza dough, breads, and pancakes with the sourdough. I have also used it as a base for other breads.
