I read it made the wheat healthy, and I could save no buying commercial yeast.
특징
She is not acid, never smell bad, sometimes she doesn't rise enough when I feed it the first time out of the fridge (in the night before I bake), but she's always happy after her second feeding before baking, 3 to 4 hours before using.
