I'm failing in love when I knew the benefits that it have. It encourage me to make this kind of bread, I don't know much about it, but I would like to know more about fermentation and make these real and health bread.

My sour is quite slowly, I take it from the fridge and wait at least 8 hours to make my breads

작업방식

white flour, mineral water. I Mix these ingredients e let then for about 48 hours. then a trow away a half and put more water and flour again. repeat these process for 5 or 6 days. then my sour is strong enough for grow a bread.

Result

Breads with differents cream or top.
