1000 grams of flour 680 G of water 300 G of starter 30 G of salt. this is my basic recipe from here I will adjust as needed and add fruits nuts or whatever else sounds good
100% Flour
68% Water
30% Starter
3% Salt
Result
Bread, Pizza, Waffles and Pancakes, Aebleskivers cakes and cookies.
