I have some health related problems liked to obesity. I like bread very much and my doctor said that I cannot consume it except for the sourdough one. Then YouTube proposed me a video about sourdough. I also learnt that my grand mother used to bake with it. I naturally love making things from scratch, I love cooking. I also wanted a pet but I cannot afford it for now.

I remove half of the starter
