I created Lowri because Quentin wasn't strong enough as a base starter for creating a pasta madre for my panettone. I started sourdough baking at beginning of 2020.

Discard all but 5g of starter.

Add 25g of flour mix (90% strong white bread flour and 10% dark rye) and stir to combine.
