Mama! I grew up in my Italian grandmother and mother's kitchen. One day my mother told me 'try and make some bread- its healthy and yummy'. And so the quest began. My first starter was given to me by my mother and the love affair began.
Characteristics
Brought to life in London (UK) around 2014. My starter crossed ways between an all white (AP) and a blend of white and rye. I moved to Canada (Quebec) in 2014 and took bubbles with me. Since then It has been an all white (organic AP Le Milanese QC) flour starter. healthy and vigorous :D
