  • 10g Granted wet speck
  • tbsp Genuine flower oil

After the first dough 2 refreshments are followed in the same way every 48 hours and then for 7 consecutive days a refreshment with water and flour every 24 hours and then go to refresh 2 times a week, however keeping it to rest in the fridge where the process of growth is slowed.
