When I started baking bread I found out about sourdough and wanted to give it a try. So I resurched on line and created my first starter in 2010. However I lost it because I didn't know what hooch was and though it away.
특징
I use different flour from time to time. Such as spelt and Einkorn. I think it give my bread an interesting taste.
