- 50g White flour
- 20g Dark rye flour
- 70g Water
- 70g Starter

In the water at room temperature dilute the starter, then add-in the flours and mix one minute.

White unenriched flour (70%) and Organic Dark Rye flour (30%) added in equal weight to my starter, together with same amount of water.

70g Starter
Result
Bread!
I usually use whole wheat flour for loaves.
