Back in 2003 I went to school to be a bread baker. But we just work with yeast. I finally never work as bread baker. When I started to bake bread at home, I looked for diffrent recipes and I naturally found post on sourdough. I wanted to try. I started my sourdough. Then I took lessons from Teresa Grennway.
Charakteristische Eigenschaften
Mr Emile and Julien are angry with me when I forget to feed them. They pout. They take their time. And they don't like whole wheat flour. They refuse to act like sourdough until I give them rye flour.

I try to feed them every day, but I forget them sometimes. When I decide to bake bread, I feed them twice a day dor two days in a row.
I always use distilled water for feeding and baking.

Born in march 2016 Mr Emile and Julien are both 100% rye sourdough. I didn't know if it would work so I started two sourdough and I kept them.

Alaska sourdough bread
I bake bread. I make pancake from leftoever sourdough.
