I mix mother starter with water and whole ryflour

制作方法

Mixing foam form unfermented wine with rye whole flour
100% Whole Rye Flour 100% Foam of unfermanted wine

Make 30g balls and flatten them, let its dry at the sun or in the worm oven

Use them when u neet it: mix foam dryed S.D with water and let it hydrate and add rye flour
100% Whole Rye Flour 150% Water

It is ready to use when triple it 's size
