Mix and place in a glass jar. Leave in counter covered. Every 24hrs for the next 6 days, take 113g and toss the rest. Feed it with 113g of all purpose flour, and 113g of filtered water.

The seventh day forward, feed every 12 hours with the same proportions, 113g flour and 113 of filtered water, until the day it doubles in size. If kept in the fridge, feed once every week.
