Out-of-curiosity. The more I know about sourdough, it's make me feel that I made the right choice to start.

PetiteB is the mixed of "Dave & Rena". Dave is made with bread flour and filtered water. Rena is made with bread flour and raisin water. Once PetiteB is born, I feed her with French flour and filtered water.

I keep my sourdough at ratio
> 1 (sourdough) : 1 (flour) : 0.5 (water)
Before I use, first I feed her at ratio > 1:0.5:1 then 1:1:1.
When ready to use, will keep a portion at 1:1:0.5 again.
