My Bubi is 4 month old now. I feed it 2 times a week. I use it once a week and bake with it . I take care of it like a little baby :)

레시피

시작하는 원료

  • 70g Flour
  • 50g Water
  • 70g Strater

먹이재료

  • 70% Starter
  • 50g Water

First I add 70g of starter in a glass jar.

I add 50 g of water (room temperature)

After mixing starter and water I add 70g of white flour

My buby is a white flour starter. I usually use same weight of starter and flour.
